- Fear of Poverty

- Fear of Ill Health
- Fear of Loss of Love
- Fear of Old Age
- Fear of Death

- Become conscious of your intentions, thoughts, feelings and language. Realize that your thoughts mold your circumstances.
- Know thyself. Recognize that you are fully equipped with the skills to overcome any and every challenge that presents itself to you. The bigger your problem, the bigger your blessing. Face your fears and you will discover that the perceived obstacle transforms into your personal stepping-stone to success.
- Love thyself. Embody the quote “When you believe in your dreams, they may come true, but when you believe in yourself, they will come true!”
- Stay present. Stop conjuring up feelings of shame and regret from your past, and stop visualizing a horrible future. Wake up productive! Remember that every day – particularly this exact day in this exact moment – presents you with countless opportunities to live, love and serve! Just do it!
- Embrace an attitude of respect, appreciation and gratitude for all life offers. Embody the wisdom of Sai Baba who said: “Love all, serve all.”
- Fear of Death
