Laurie is a customer service expert. She worked in the service industry for over 25 years, starting off as a food & beverage server at Boston Pizza and then worked her way up to National Director of Sales & Marketing for a Canadian hotel management company. Along the way, she has seen how internal and external customer service impacts a business.
Laurie's mission is to provide companies the training and resources they need to be customer service leaders. Her business, Servicedge Training and Consulting offers a variety of services such as training, speaking at events or team consultations.
